In this class students will learn the foundations of cake decorating using buttercream. From frosting to filling to piping, we will do it all.
Tools and Skills Covered: Piping techniques that we will cover in this class include shells, stars, zig-zags, and rosettes.
Each student will be provided with 2 layers of cake that they will ice, fill, and decorate in the class. Students will be able to create their own unique designs based on the techniques that they learn within the class
