In this class we will be building upon the skills that were covered in Cake Decorating 101. Students will learn more complex piping techniques, and how to create and arrange decorative floral elements.
Tools and Skills Covered: Piping techniques that we will cover in this class include creating basket weave patterns and creating a variety of flowers [roses, pansies, and blossoms].
Each student will be provided with 2 layers of cake that they will ice, fill, and decorate in the class. Students will be able to create their own unique designs based on the techniques that they learn within the class.
