In this 3-Day Workshop, students will be taught how to make a beautiful three tier wedding cake from start to finish. Our world-renown instructor will teach students how to bake their cakes from scratch, make swiss meringue buttercream, and decorate their cake using traditional piping techniques.
Tools and Skills Covered: Baking skills covered in this class include how to make a wedding cake from scratch and how to make a Swiss meringue buttercream. Piping skills covered in this class are focused around learning how to create floral accents.
Each student will be provided with all of the tools and materials that they will need to create their own three tier wedding cake. Student will be able to create their own unique wedding cake design using the techniques covered within this class.
This class is best suited for individuals with moderate to professional cake decorating experience.
