Jennifer Goldbeck

Jennifer has owned a specialty cake and cupcake dessert bakery in Cedarburg, WI for 15 years. As her decorating skills grew, she noticed that her edible writing was not complementing the hard work and passion evident in the rest of the design (and that is was causing a lot of anxiety and frustration). So began a search for a way to write better, completing the overall design with a beautiful edible message. A few simple techniques and practice led to writing being one of her favorite (and fun) parts of decorating.
